(1) The Olympic Committee, Para Olympic Committee, Special. In order to register the Olympic Committee and the Olympic Committee of other nature as per sub-section (2), the documents as per sub-section (5) of the same section, the statute and the registration fee as per Schedule-1 shall be attached and an application should be submitted to the Council in the format as per Schedule-2. (2) If the council finds it necessary to register such Olympic Committee, Para Olympic Committee, Special Olympic Committee and Olympic Committee of other nature after making the necessary examination regarding the documents attached with the application received as per sub-rule (1), it shall register such committee and issue a certificate of registration in the format as per Schedule-3. .
